(1) Registration, opposition, review, and administrative litigation of well-known trademarks in China, such as VITA COCO, including coexistence agreements with Hong Kong Vitasoy.
(2) Protection of trade secrets for several European and American companies in China, including criminal cases involving trade secret infringement and administrative litigation, as well as anti-unfair competition cases.Foreign-Related Litigation and Arbitration:
(1) Arbitration cases for dozens of European and American companies (including their investment enterprises in China) at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
(2) Litigation cases for multiple European and American international investment enterprises in China.
(3) Receivables disputes exceeding RMB 1 billion for several multinational companies in China.
(4) Labor disputes between over 10 Fortune 500 companies’ investment enterprises in China and their senior executives (disputes over termination of labor relationships), as well as large-scale collective labor disputes (involving over 100 employees). -
