Mr. Hui Ju holds a Master of Laws degree from East China University of Political Science and Law and has been in legal practice since 2022. He is a member of the China Law Society. His practice focuses on dispute resolution, with expertise in financial asset management, securities, and corporate and commercial matters.

Mr. Ju has acted for leading trust companies, fund management firms, and other financial institutions in a wide range of disputes involving trusts, bonds, funds, equities, and related investment products. He has accumulated extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution, and is recognized for his rigorous legal analysis, clear communication, and client-oriented service. In addition to his practice, Mr. Ju has been actively engaged in research on financial and capital markets. He has participated in multiple academic projects commissioned by provincial and ministerial authorities and has published numerous practice-oriented articles.

  • A capital withdrawal dispute between a trust company and a corporation, with a claim amount of 638 million yuan, concluded at theSichuan High People’s Court.
  • The Shanghai High People’s Court’s adjudication of a contract dispute between an asset management subsidiary of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and a subsidiary investment company of the Chongqing state-owned assets supervision and administration commission, with a dispute value exceeding 600 million yuan.
  • A case heard by a Beijing Intermediate People’s Court involving a Shanghai trust company and a subsidiary of China Railway Group over a partnership agreement dispute, with a total value of approximately 200 million yuan.
  • Represented investors in a securities misrepresentation case involving Huazhe Cobalt & Nickel and intermediaries, with a disputed amount exceeding 70 million yuan, final judgment by the Sichuan High People’s Court.
  • Represented a trust company in a fiduciary duty dispute valued at approximately 68 million yuan, final judgment by the Shanghai High People’s Court.
  • Represented a fund management company in a fund contract dispute of approximately 48 million yuan before the Shanghai Arbitration Commission.
  • Represented a trust company and its shareholders in a 30-million-yuan business trust dispute before the Chengdu Intermediate People’s Court.
  • Provided ongoing legal advisory services to an automobile finance company.
  • Fujian Shaxian “Forestry Bio-Asset Notes” project, which received the Class I Award in the “2024 Fujian Provincial Financial Innovation Achievement Projects”.
