Attorney Peng Ting is a graduate of Waseda University in Japan and holds professional qualifications as a licensed attorney, certified public accountant (CPA), and tax advisor. She is fluent in Mandarin, English, Japanese, Cantonese, and Hakka.

She has extensive experience in cross-border legal matters, including outbound investments, cross-border financing, offshore equity structuring, and data transfers. She regularly advises businesses navigating complex international regulatory environments.

In the private equity and venture capital space, she previously served at a well-known Tsinghua-affiliated VC fund, where she developed deep expertise across the entire fund lifecycle—from fundraising, investment due diligence, and post-investment management to fund operations, distribution, and exit strategies such as buybacks and liquidation.

She has advised on numerous investment and financing transactions across industries such as semiconductors, renewable energy, biopharmaceuticals, and autonomous driving, including projects backed by leading institutions.

She also focuses on Web3 legal compliance, with particular expertise in structuring crypto investment funds and designing offshore financing strategies. She has deep knowledge of Cayman and BVI entity formation, VASP licensing, and multinational regulatory regimes, and routinely supports clients in completing complex financing deals under evolving global compliance frameworks.
