Possessing over 15 years experience in legal affairs management for large and medium-sized publicly-listed companies.

Prior to her tenure at BZW (Shenzhen) Law Firm, Lily established ZiQian Consulting Services Management (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., offering comprehensive legal advisory services, government project subsidies, and roadshow video production for SMES and publicly-listed companies.

Work Experience:

From March 2015 to August 2017, Lily served as Assistant to Chief Executive Officer of Shenzhen Ofei Becken Culture Co., Ltd. In April 2016, she was transferred to Han Tang Yun Cultural Investment & Development Co. Ltd. as Deputy General Manager and Director of Legal Affairs.

From March 2013 to March 2015, she served as Assistant to CEO and Manager of Legal and Public Relations departments at Fujian Senyuan Co., Ltd.

From August 2004 to March 2013, Lily was the Deputy Director for the Board of Directors of The SAINT ANGELO Group Co., Ltd, and the Legal Department Manager of Zhejiang SAINT ANGELO Clothing Co., Ltd, a listed company.

Key Projects

Participated in the unfair competition case involving SAINT ANGELO Group Co., Ltd, Zhejiang SAINT ANGELO Clothing Co., Ltd., Yueqing Great Eastern Garment Co., Ltd., and Hong Kong SAINT ANGELO Co., Ltd. which was recognized as one of the top ten intellectual property landmark cases by the Supreme Court.
Participated in Radstock Development and Construction Limited (a Dubai Company) in a foreign-related case against Senyuan Furniture Group Co., Ltd. in a project quality dispute. The case was a breakthrough in procedure to secure victory, and helped the company to recover losses of nearly 10 million yuan.
Participated in the exclusive agency negotiations and signing of the HAZZYS brand of Korea’s LG Apparel Group in the Chinese market, and obtained trademark rights in China, Macau, Hong Kong and Taiwan.Participated in the negotiation and acquisition of the Italian clothing brand TOMBLINI. Through due diligence and the process in comprehensive trademark protection. The case involved the pre-existing rights of the third party which pre-registered the trademarks, and eventually negotiated with the third party to reach an authorization of trademark grant, thus resolving the risk of defective trademark rights of the original brand.
Participated in the acquisition of South Korea’s Backcom Hapless Bear copyright and subsequent animation IP project through the acquisition of copyrights involving trademark rights, commercial rights, claims, mortgage rights, and equity financing, so that Han Tang Yun Culture Investment Company could invest 2 million yuan for an acquisition of a 43 million yuan project. It was one of the classic cases of intellectual property transactions in China-ROK trade.
