Ms. Yanan HU holds a Master of Laws degree from Shenzhen University and has a multidisciplinary academic background in law, business English, and architecture. She is a certified Senior Corporate Compliance Specialist and a selected member of the Shenzhen Talent Pool for Foreign-related Lawyers. Ms. Hu previously worked in the China offices of US. and European companies and has extensive practical experience incorporate governance, international trade, and cross-border dispute resolution. She has served as legal counsel to various Chinese and international companies, working fluently in both Chinese and English.

Her practice focuses on international commercial contracts, cross-border cooperation frameworks, foreign-related civil and commercial litigation, and international arbitration, She has represented American, Italian, and Southeast Asian clients in contract disputes with Chinese companies and regularly advises domestic businesses on cross-border agreements and English-language contract review, and plays a key role in our firm’s services for clients from Russia and other Belt and Road countries.
