With extensive experience in cross-border legal affairs, Ms. Lu specializes in foreign investment, multinational intellectual property protection, and dispute resolution in international sales contract cases.

She has provided legal services to foreign clients in relation to the establishment of WFOEs and corporate mergers and acquisitions in China, and has been responsible for the subsequent compliance matters of these companies.

In the field of intellectual property, Ms. Lu has participated in IP protection initiatives for a major international sporting event and several globally recognized apparel brands. She also possesses substantial knowledge and practical experience in customs-related intellectual property enforcement.

Additionally, she has experience in handling disputes arising from international sales contracts, and represents her clients in arbitration proceedings to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
