He specializes in construction engineering, tax law, civil and commercial dispute resolution, and corporate affairs. With extensive practical legal experience, he has provided long-term legal advisory services and handled numerous civil and commercial disputes.

Previously, he served as a journalist for the Global Times English Edition, the editor-in-chief of Africa Oriental Post, gaining profound experience in corporate management, extensive social engagement, and a broad international perspective. He is proficient in Chinese and English as working languages and can use Khmer and Swahili at a basic level.
