Mr. Cen Daoxi has been recognized as a Leading Foreign-related Legal Talent of Shenzhen and currently serves as the Director of the Foreign-related Legal Affairs Committee at BZW Law Firm (Shenzhen Office). Since the beginning of his legal career, he has provided foreign-related legal services to a number of large enterprises and institutions, including State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC), China Communications Construction Company (CCCC), China Development Bank (CDB), CDB Securities, Jingneng Group, JD Group, Zhaoyiming Snacks, China National Medicines Corporation Ltd., and Lvju Electric Vehicles.
Mr. Cen has handled numerous complex foreign-related civil and commercial disputes, major financial and compliance matters. His representative work includes advising JD Group on cross-border logistics and anti-commercial bribery matters, representing an international equipment manufacturer in a construction arbitration in Indonesia, and providing full-scope legal and compliance services to logistics and snack food companies expanding into Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.
He has issued overseas risk control assessment reports for China Development Bank, covering issues such as sanctions, extradition, mutual legal assistance, foreign legal environment analysis, and protection of Chinese enterprises’ overseas interests. He has also provided end-to-end foreign-related legal services for CDB projects in Europe, the United States, and countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.
His experience spans a wide range of jurisdictions, including Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Cuba, the Hong Kong SAR, and Pakistan. Mr. Cen has extensive practical experience in cross-border investment, cross-border finance and capital markets, and international dispute resolution.
