Recently, BZW Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as “BZW”) has successfully won the bid to become a supplier in the foreign-related legal panel for China Railway Group Limited from 2024 to 2027. This bidding project was led by Director Wu Ge of BZW, primarily executed by Lawyer Geng Yajie, and participated in by Lawyers Wang Gaoge, Liu Bin, Qu Chenxi, Qiao Huanran, and others.
The requirements for candidates in this project are stringent, demanding a high level of professionalism in foreign-related legal services and stringent foreign service qualifications. BZW Law Firm successfully won the bid for the international arbitration and dispute resolution section (covering litigation and arbitration). This achievement marks the first time BZW has been included in the foreign legal panel of China Railway Group, signifying that BZW has reached a new milestone. This milestone is part of the development strategy of large Chinese enterprises in foreign markets, where BZW plays a role in providing high-level, high-quality foreign-related legal services to support these enterprises’ international development.
This bidding project was led by Director Wu Ge, and Lawyer Geng Yajie orchestrated a strong team to serve our client. We pooled the foreign-related legal service resources of our law firm to form a high-level foreign-related legal service team; we tailored legal service plans to meet the personalized needs of our client. This success underscores the outstanding strengths of our foreign-related legal service team, which is composed of professional and high-caliber team members.
The duration of this project spans three years, with a team of selected lawyers offering foreign-related legal services to CREC and its more than 50 subsidiaries.
