BZW Law Firm and REVERA Law Group Deepen Strategic Cooperation to Build a New Landscape of Cross-border Legal Services in Central Asia

On the afternoon of June 23, 2026, Mr. Dmitry Arkhipenko, Managing Partner of REVERA Law Group, visited BZW Law Firm for in-depth discussions on bilateral cooperation. The meeting was attended by Mr.Si Wei, Partner and Director of the National Belt and Road Special Committee of BZW Law Firm; Ms. Cai Yun, Partner and Secretary-General of the National Belt and Road Special Committee of BZW Law Firm; Professor Guan Yuhong from Beijing Language and Culture University; Associate Li Yunning; and Chen Yuyan, Specialist of the International Business Development Department. Professor Guan Yuhong served as the on-site interpreter for the entire meeting.

The talks centered on the core legal demands of Chinese enterprises expanding overseas. The two sides reached a consensus on the collaborative service model for core practice areas, including overseas entity establishment, retained legal advisory services and cross-border dispute resolution. Leveraging REVERA Law Group’s local practice strengths in the Central Asian market and BZW Law Firm’s extensive service network, the two parties will achieve resource complementarity and mutual empowerment, delivering full-process integrated cross-border legal support for outbound enterprises. To ensure the efficient implementation of cooperation, the two sides have established a regular business collaboration mechanism to continuously align project updates, industry resources and market demands, guaranteeing responsive and well-coordinated cross-border legal services.

Going forward, the two parties will jointly advance the development of a regional cross-border arbitration platform and build a dispute resolution service network with Belarus as the core, providing neutral and professional cross-border dispute resolution channels for Chinese and foreign commercial entities. In addition, the two sides will carry out in-depth collaboration in industry exchanges and legal product development. They will co-participate in industry events such as the China-Kazakhstan Investment Compliance Forum, and jointly develop one-stop standardized legal service products for overseas investment. These products will focus on key Central Asian markets including Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and cover pillar outbound industries such as technology and infrastructure.

Prior to this meeting, BZW Law Firm had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with REVERA Law Group. The cooperation with REVERA Law Group further completes BZW Law Firm’s legal service layout in Central Asia and Central Europe. Moving forward, the two sides will continue to deepen collaboration and refine professional service capabilities, to provide solid legal support for Chinese enterprises to pursue compliant overseas expansion and explore the Eurasian market.
