Attorney Bai Xiao has an interdisciplinary academic background. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tsinghua University, she successively obtained her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in International Arbitration from Chicago-Kent College of Law and the University of Chicago Law School.
Admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2009, she previously worked as a trial lawyer in patent litigation at Barnes & Thornburg LLP in Chicago.

Attorney Wu Zedong is Secretary-General of the Capital Markets Dispute Resolution & Securities Compliance Research Center of BZW Law Firm. His practice focuses on M&A and restructuring, securities compliance, investment and financing.
As a signing or principal lawyer, he has represented listed companies and their senior executives in statements, pleadings and administrative reconsideration applications in several cases where they were penalized by the CSRC and its local agencies for illegal acts such as financial fraud and insider trading.
