Lu Lu, Female, Member of the Communist Party of China, Partner at Zhongwen (Guiyang) Law Firm in Beijing. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Laws from Chicago-Kent College of Law in the United States, in addition to being a certified psychological counselor. She serves as a member of the Working Committee for Overseas Returnees and the Professional Committee of Construction Engineering and Real Estate under the Guizhou Provincial Lawyers Association, an arbitrator at the Guiyang Arbitration Commission, and a legislative consulting expert for the Standing Committee of the Qiandongnan Prefecture People’s Congress.
