Lawyer Hu Yue graduated from Nanjing University. She holds a Master’s degree in Law, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (International Economics and Trade), and a Bachelor’s degree in Law. Passed the judicial examination in 2006.

Work experience: After obtaining her master’s degree in 2009, she has been engaged in legal professional work at Jiangsu HIGHHOPE International Group and Nanjing Jiangbei New Area [Nanjing Area of China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone] as an in-house lawyer.

Areas of expertise: Import and export trade (including cross-border e-commerce), company law, contract law, guarantees, investment projects, cross-border cooperation, intellectual property; corporate governance, corporate risk prevention and control, handling of major business events of enterprises (including bankruptcy). With nearly two decades of professional experience, she is skilled at understanding the true and core needs of clients and parties through practice and communication, excels at efficient learning and grasping the major policies and policy orientations of the country, and is adept at analyzing domestic and international economic situations.
