Lawyer Hu Shuhan graduated from Southwest University of Political Science & Law and the Law School of Renmin University of China. He previously served as a mediator at the Mediation Center of the China Chamber of International Commerce (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission). With thirty years of legal practice, Lawyer Hu has handled a large number of major, challenging, and complex civil and commercial cases. He has provided specialized legal services for dozens of high-value commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions of listed companies. He has also acted as legal advisor to over a hundred state organs, enterprises, and institutions, such as the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, China International Travel Service, China Construction Second Engineering Bureau, Beijing Zoo, and Beijing First Social Welfare Institution. Additionally, he has provided legal services for several large investment companies and equity investment funds, covering over a hundred cases of legal due diligence, equity/share transfers/acquisitions, and investment and financing matters.
