Lawyer Wang Xia is familiar with Thai laws and regulations and has extensively participated in non-litigation legal work related to Chinese companies investing in Thailand, establishing Thai companies, conducting due diligence on land sales, and establishing industrial parks. In 2016, Siam University and BZW Law Firm jointly established the “Thai-China Legal Research Center,” and she was appointed Deputy Director of the Center. The Center supports the national Belt and Road Initiative, providing reliable legal protection for businesses and individuals.

Key Projects

  • She contributed to the compilation of a report analyzing the legal environment for Chinese companies’ overseas investment in 65 countries along the Belt and Road Initiative for the Beijing Lawyers Association’s Belt and Road Research Committee, where she was responsible for writing the Thailand report.
