• Representing an international group company leading in the industry of engineering machinery against various competitors in a series of patent infringement lawsuits and patent validity cases, before Shijiazhuang Intermediate Court, Beijing IP Court, and the Supreme People’s Court from 2022 to 2025.
• Representing an international group company leading in the industry of electromechanical automation against various competitors in a series of patent infringement lawsuits and patent validity cases, before the CNIPA, Beijing IP Court, Hangzhou Intermediate Court and the Supreme People’s Court from 2022 to 2024.
• Representing u-blox a company in Switzerland in a patent infringement suit regarding satellite navigation technology before the Intermediate Court of Hangzhou, and an unfair competition and trade secret infringement suit from 2019 to 2021.
• Representing KNORR in a series of suits of infringement of patent for invention involving a brake pad for vehicle before Beijing IP Court and the Supreme People’s Court from 2020 to 2021.
• Representing Canon Inc. in a series of suits of infringement of patent for invention regarding toner cartridges for electrophotographic apparatus before Shanghai IP Court, Beijing IP Court, Guangzhou IP Court and the Supreme People’s Court from 2017 to 2021. The suit before Shanghai IP Court was elected as one of the top 50 IP cases in 2018 by the SPC.
• Representing Toscotec an Italian company in a suit of infringement of patent for invention regarding paper making machine and an associated case of pre-suit evidence preservation before Guangzhou IP Court from 2016 to 2017.
• Representing Diel Meter a German company in a series of cases of infringement of patent for invention claiming a flow meter before Beijing IP Court from 2016 to 2017.
• Representing Spomb a UK company in a case of administrative handling of dispute of infringement of patent for invention claiming a device for fishing before Beijing IP Administration from 2016 to 2017, which case was elected as one of the top 10 IP cases in the year of 2017 by Beijing IP Administration.
• Representing Selle SMP an Italian company in a suit for infringement of patent for invention claiming a seat for bicycle before Shanghai IP Court and Shanghai Higher Court and in the associated patent validity procedure before the PRB from 2016 to 2017.
• Representing PHILIPS in the procedure of administrative handling of dispute of infringement of patent for design for an electronic shaver before IP Administration of Lishui of Zhejiang Province, and a dispute of infringement of patent for invention for an electronic shaver before the Intermediate Court of Ningbo, and a series of cases of request of invalidation of a patent for design of a tooth brush, a patent for design of a tooth cleaner, and a patent for design of an electronic shaver from 2016 to 2021.
• Representing PILOT in a series of suits of infringement of intellectual property rights including patents, trademarks, copyrights and anti-unfair competition before the Court of District of Dongcheng of Beijing, Beijing IP Court, Shanghai IP Court and Shanghai Higher Court from 2015 to 2021.

• Representing a company in Japan in a case of filing the third party’s opinions against an application of patent for accessory for bicycle with the Chinese Patent Office in 2015.
• Representing AmbaFlex a Holland company in a series of suits of infringement with a request for pre-suit evidence preservation before Shenzhen Intermediate Court, Guangdong Higher Court, and the Supreme People’s Court and administrative handling of patent dispute before Supervision Administration of Longgang District of Shenzhen from 2014 to 2015, and from 2017 to 2020 respectively.
• Representing a company in the US in a case of filing the third party’s opinions against an application of patent for a medical device for operation on brain with the Chinese Patent Office in 2014.
• Representing Vycor Medical Inc. in a case of request of invalidation of a patent involving a medical device for operation on brain before the PRB and in the following appeal procedure before the First Intermediate Court of Beijing from 2013 to 2017.
• Representing Siempelkamp a German company in a pre-suit procedure of evidence preservation against a large-scale arrangement of press equipment for manufacturing density board that is suspect of infringing patents for inventions of the client from 2013 to 2015.
• Representing Alfons Haar a German company in a suit for infringement of patent for utility model regarding technology of packaging and anti-unfair competition before Beijing No. 2 Intermediate Court from 2013 to 2014.
• Representing Troy Hellen a company in Barbados in a suit of infringement for patent for invention of kitchen ware and the request for execution of judgement before Beijing No. 3 Intermediate Court from 2013 to 2014.
• Representing BMW in a case of administrative handling of dispute of infringement of patent for air-inlet grille for vehicle before Jiangsu IP Administration, and in the associated patent invalidation procedure before the PRB and Beijing No. 1 Intermediate Court from 2013 to 2014.
• Representing a subsidiary of Abbott in a series of suits for infringement of patent for design for a container and a series of cases of application for preliminary injunction before Beijing No. 3 Intermediate Court, the Court of Chaoyang District of Beijing, Beijing IP Court and Beijing Higher Court, and a case of request for invalidation of patent for design from 2013 to 2016. The case before Beijing No. 3 Intermediate Court is the first one in Beijing in which a preliminary injunction on design patent dispute was granted and was elected as one of the top 10 innovative IP cases in 2013 by Beijing Higher Court and was announced, in April of 2014 by the SPC, as one of the 5 typical IP cases that were announced for the first time by the SPC in accordance with the Monthly Case Announcement System. In the case before the Court of Chaoyang District of Beijing, the client obtained not only the preliminary injunction once again but also the top limit amount of statutory damages that is provided in the Chinese Patent Law of the time. This case was elected as one of the top 10 innovative IP cases in 2015 by Beijing Higher Court.
• Representing Seventh Generation Ventures Inc. a company in the US in a case of request of invalidation of patent for utility model regarding a water filtering bottle from 2013 to 2014.
• Representing Julius Blum an Austrian company in a series of suits of infringement of a patent for invention regarding an electronic actuator for furniture, a patent for invention for a rail for drawer, and a patent for invention for bumper for furniture before the Intermediate Court of Dongguan of Guangdong Province, the High Court of Guangdong Province, the Supreme People’s Court, and Guangzhou IP Court respectively, from 2012 to 2013 and from 2019 to 2020 respectively.
• Representing Shimano Inc. in a series of lawsuits against infringement of patent rights for both invention and design by multiple entities before Tianjin No. 2 Intermediate Court and Tianjin Higher Court, and a case of request of execution of Court’s decision, and representing the client in the proceeding on the validity of the design patent, from 2009 to 2016.
• Representing Apple Inc. in a series of cases concerning requests of invalidation of patents for design of iPhone before the PRB, and the following appeal procedures before Beijing No. 1 Intermediate Court and Beijing Higher Court, and an administrative lawsuit against the PRB’s Decision of maintaining the Rejection Decision to a patent application regarding GUI design, from 2008 to 2011, and from 2012 to 2014 respectively. The case regarding GUI pushed the amending of the Examination Guidelines to allow granting of patent to design involving GUI and was elected as one of the top ten innovative IP cases in 2014 by Beijing Higher Court and the Supreme People’s Court.
• Representing ASTEC INC a company in the US in a case of request of invalidation of a patent for utility model involving a device for asphalt mixing before the PRB and in the following appeal procedure before the First Intermediate Court of Beijing from 2007 to 2008.
• Representing EVG Corporation a company in Austria in a case of request of invalidation of a patent for utility model involving a self-supporting formwork before the PRB and in the following appeal procedure before the First Intermediate Court of Beijing from 2006 to 2008.
• Representing Star Syringe Co. Ltd a company in the UK in a case of request of invalidation of a patent for invention regarding a syringe before the PRB from 2006 to 2007.
• Representing LM Fiber Glass Co., Ltd. a company in Denmark in a case of request of invalidation of a patent for invention for a blade of airfoil type for rotor of windmill and the administrative suit before the First Intermediate Court of Beijing from 2005 to 2007.
• Representing INVENTIO AG a company in Switzerland in a case of request of invalidation of a patent for invention regarding a device for monitoring escalator and self-walking area from 2004 to 2006.
