On the afternoon of November 19, 2024, Meng Dawei, Executive President of the Federation of Chinese and Overseas Chinese in Nuevo León, Mexico, and Confucius Institute at the Autonomous University of Nuevo Le ó n, Mexico, was invited to visit and exchange ideas with BZW Law Firm. President Meng Dawei gave a systematic introduction to the situation in Nuevo Le ó n, Mexico through video and PowerPoint presentations, covering topics such as economic and social development, environmental safety, cross-cultural communication, international Chinese education, and the current status of Chinese enterprises going global.

In the free exchange session, both sides engaged in in-depth and detailed discussions on core issues such as how to cultivate and attract legal professionals who are proficient in both Chinese and Western languages and have a deep understanding of the cultures of both countries, how to effectively assist enterprises from both countries in dealing with legal challenges in cross-border operations, and how to build a more convenient and efficient legal service cooperation platform between China and Mexico.
